The ethos behind the Ridgeway & our Menu is about taking you on a journey of Britain, fine British produce and to provide you with a unique experience through a combination of regional dishes and elevated classic home-cooking utilising modern cooking techniques

Sundays are all about relaxing and enjoying yourself here at The Ridgeway Bar and Kitchen with only the highest quality fayre.

We use only the finest Herefordshire Beef sourced from a single farm owned by Johnny Morris as well as beautiful Pork for our famous Sunday Roasts, from only the very best farmers that make the cut.

This along with our  local fruit and vegetable supplier, our fantastic skilled team of chefs and finally a warm and friendly team who are there to make sure your visit is a relaxing and enjoyable one.

It is this attention to detail that we were enormously humbled to be listed in the Top 3 in Wales in the Observer Food Awards.

Mature Sirloin slowly cooked for 12 hours sous-vide (Served Pink or Well Done)
& Slowly-Braised Brisket.

Served with Yorkshire pudding, selection of vegetables, rich pan gravy, roasted potatoes

Braised Pork Shoulder

Served with crackling, apple & wholegrain mustard sauce, selection of vegetables, rich pan gravy and roasted potatoes

Roasted Chicken Breast

Served with pigs-in-blankets, sage and onion stuffing, selection of vegetables, rich pan gravy, roasted potatoes

6oz Rump of Lamb
